I've been making some cold brew lately and find it's a good seller at our pop-up espresso bar. We use it to make iced coffees. I'd like to sell it as a bottled, undiluted, concentrate for our grocery customers. I'm thinking of mixing it with milk and sugar and bottling that as a ready to drink cold coffee. Does anyone have experience with bottling this stuff? I'm especially interested in producing a ready to drink product but the shelf life on milk makes it a bit daunting. Any thoughts?

I'm not a fan of it, in fact I buy raw milk, but for what you're trying to do you might want to look into UHT milk. You could leave that out in the Mojave Desert and still be able to drink it (so obviously something's wrong, that ain't milk).
