Cold brew bottling

Wanted to get an opinion on how to start selling my cold brew. I have worked out the formulation now trying to see the best way to sell it. Either as concentrate or "ready to drink". Since i want to start small I was thinking of going the Growler route in which case should I do the bottling myself or should I use a bottling plant?
I haven't been able to find co-bottlers in the Dallas area, let me know if any of you can help me there.
Also if anyone knows good resources to create labeled bottles/growlers, that will be helpful as well.
