I have a LIKE-NEW FZ-94 (2.4kg) that is SETUP to run on Artisan. It is complete plug-in play and just decided to downsize because I don't roast as much coffee as I used to. The roaster is in amazing condition and is very powerful.
UPGRADED:
2mm K-Type Thermocouples from Mill City
New Temperature Controllers for much more precise temp readings
Upgraded to USB 2.0 for fastest response to temperature changes.
Comes with NEW Factory heating elements and gaskets. The only place to order these parts are from Coffee-tech Engineering (~$175 just for international shipping).
I have had some amazing roasts with this roaster and has very good roasting capacity. It's very easy to go back to back roasting as long as you empty the chaff collector between 3-8 roasts depending on the size of the roasts. A very capable roaster that I've only done mostly light-roasted coffee on.
