Coffee Shop Mobile Application

Hello! I am a second-year student at Duke University and am developing a service for coffee shops that would allow them to enter the mobile application market for significantly cheaper and easier than previously possible. The mobile application would help manage customer loyalty programs, manage mobile payments, push promotions, and aggregate customer data.

As I am only in the beginning stages of my research, I am trying to learn as much as I can about coffee shop operations, marketing programs, growth strategies, and pain points. I am hoping to get in touch with as many coffee shop owners as I possibly can in order to learn as much as I can about the above. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
