Based on the studies from Shibamoto, what percentage of chlorogenic acids do your resulting roasts of Wet Processed Ethiopian coffees contain, and can you, via gas chromatography, provide us with a detailed analysis?

Do you have access to an electron microscope? If so, please take a photo of a fly's nostril.
