Closest to Southwest Airlines brand

Greetings, I am new and this is my first post. I just got back from a trip using SW airlines and was blown away by how smooth their coffee was. I am in no means a coffee specialist but I do enjoy a couple of good cups of coffee during the day. I don't like bitter coffee. Would someone please advise on what I can purchase that would satisfy my taste...sure would be appreciated.

Anything from a local roaster should be better than what you had on that flight. South American beans tend to be round, sweet and smooth with little or no acidity. Costa Rican beans can be soft and smooth, too.

I was under the impression that Arabica Beans tended to be oval in shape while Robusto beans where more round. I've never heard that the shape of the bean could determine the origin. I use mostly Arabica Beans from South and central America and they all tend to be more toward oval in shape.
To more directly answer the OP's question, SW airlines uses coffee from Lift Coffee Roasters which you can buy on line. That being said I also prefer to use a local roaster. But I also prefer to not do business with CA companies.

California companies? Central American companies?
