Catering

I've heard some positives about catering and wonder what the real experience is. We have a cafe a little more than a year old. One of our most popular events is a coffee cupping, roasting demo and "try the espresso machine" event we hold late Sunday afternoons. But, what about portable catering for weddings, corporate events, etc. Any good experience on the potential of this kind of business?
 
If you have a good cart setup, (about $8-$10K) then I think you could do very well. Arts festivals, farmer's markets, weddings, large business seminars... catered events at hotels. Always a possibility.
I guess all you can do is run the cost of the setup vs. the amount of events you could reasonably book.
