Dear CoffeeForum!
Great to be here. Here's my situation. I am planning to open a coffee truck with limited space. I have considered the Jura Giga W3 as a possible espresso machine due to it's width, it's features, built in dual grinders, and relatively low price (high value). I am wondering if you can make some smaller super automatic espresso machine suggestions that will be durable enough to do 100+ cups a day without breaking down. From what I've noticed there is a big gap in the market for smaller super automatic machines that are intended for commercial use! I find one I like and come to find out it's not nsf certified and it's intended for home use. I need a little tank!
Thanks!
