Can you help me identify this Espresso Machine?

I'm consulting with a small independent coffee shop and they've been using this machine for over a year. (They picked it up for £300) I've noticed that it is no longer dispensing the correct amount of water for shots as per the buttons. Unfortunately it's so old I can't really tell what machine it is - it's been suggested it might be an Astoria.

Does anyone have insight into this make and model? I'm trying to find the user manual.

No clue as it looks to be some generic mass produced heap of parts thrown together. I will definitely say to not be the least bit concerned or reliant on volumetric controls as fixing that sort of thing can be more trouble than it's worth and I personally am not a fan of pushing a button and trusting the machine. Even in a busy commercial setting I always ran both groups manually relying on my sight and never once relied on volumetrics. Those that rely on push button control aren't very serious about espresso to begin with IMBHO, regardless of how busy things get.
