Hi,
I've recently purchased some "100% Arabica" from a local roaster, just to try it out.
The beans in the shop window were nice, but at home that's what I got:
The espresso I made with those tasted like (forgive me if that's not appropriate terminology, I'm a newbie) soil and sweet dark chocolate.
This and the shape of some of the beans led me to believe that there's quite the amount of robusta here.
Am I right or am I wrong? :decaf:
Edit: scale is in cm of course.
