I drink lots of caffeine. Coffee, energy drinks, pre workout supplements with caffeine etc.
I also get angry VERY easily. My anger is to the point where I try and stay home most of the time because if I go out I get angry at anything and everything.
I tried lowering my caffeine, but I still get annoyed easily.
Does cutting caffeine help with anger issues or irritability? If so, how can I get the energy to work, study and train without caffeine
