Hello,
I'm new to this forum and not quite the coffee connoisseur that most of you are but I have a question.
I am an athlete who frequently runs races that take all day and a good chunk of the night. I enjoy the boost I get from coffee but don't enjoy the pit stops that inevitably accompany it. Lately I've gotten hooked on chocolate covered beans. How many of those would I need to eat in order to get the same caffeine lift that I would get from about two or three cups of coffee?
Thanks
