bought this machine about two years ago... gets used at least 3 times a day... typically double shot, grind setting at 6 and grind amount was typically around 3 o'clock. one day I heard kind of a "pop" and ever since then, I've had to set the grind amount to like 8 o'clock (near max) and it still is little shy of full 2 shot grind...
I've disassembled and cleaned out the grinding mechanism thoroughly twice and no change... Any ideas?
