Alright, I was very bored and I'm stuck home in a snowstorm. I decided to try running some espresso beans through and automatic drip.

Ewwww, to say the least.

The somewhat dark roasted espresso beans produced a very blan and monotone flavour with a very dry finish.

Never again, hahah.

autobrew

I autobrew beans that I use on my espresso machinee all the time. The only real drawback is the paper filter.

Out of curiosity has there ever been developed a filter for automats that doesn't absorb the oils so much.
(P.S. don't try a fine espresso grind unless you want to clean up sludge all day)

In simple, yes.

Its a "gold-tone filter" and it works with a medium grind suitable for an auto-drip.
