Are there times of the year that are the best time to purchase green beans ?

Timing

We're at the height of our coffee harvest RIGHT NOW here on the island of Puerto Rico. Sun-drying is a little problematic right now because of all the rain we've been having - but we should be able to offer NEW coffee beans for sale next month.
