Best shop in D.C.?

There are far too many Starbucks in Washington D.C. It's not that I don't like Starbucks either, but come on! Where are the mom and pops?

My personal favorite is Bus Boys and Poets. Excellent coffee and great atmosphere. Tryst in Adams Morgan is great also.
