New BBQ roaster starting up
Looking to get into the BBQ roasting side of coffee thinking of a 10- 20 pound drum roaster purchased from a member on this forum just wondering if any of you roasters could give me some advise, I've searched through the older postings here for the past few weeks and think that this method will work best for me as we live in an apartment ground floor with a large patio that I can roast on while still working my day job until the time comes when I need to move to a different roasting facility. Any way I've learned a lot from this forum and hope to put all of that knowledge to good use. The only thing I'm concerned about would be consistency, roast times, and maybe neighbors complaining about roasting coffee 24-7 lol
