Barista Training and More

I live in the Seattle area and want to start up my own mobile espresso truck/van. Where is the best place to get training? Should I apply at all the kiosks and Starbucks? I am out of a job now and need to work while getting trained. I know some folks that sell their business are willing to work and train you as well. Any suggestions?
