Attention all WMF Engineers

Hi Guys,
I am responsible for the care and maintenance of various WMF machines
Been on two training courses over the last 5 years.
You cant learn everything in 1.5 days.
Being the only engineer in my area I dont have anyone to discuss issues with.
How about we post issues and solutions in this thread?
WMF do not have a trained engineer help phone line unlike Crane who offer support to engineers.
I hope we can start a problem solving thread.

If you were in Germany for training then you would know that they have a technical support, the problem is they always starts with -have you put in the electrical plug
