Coffee>Addict

I don't know much about coffee- I'm a simple person, if I like something and it doesn't kill me my health to much I'll keep it.
Currently- There's a bookclub in my town and we serve coffee. I'm also a bartender, so I've been left with which coffee grounds, beans and pods to get. So I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on which coffee grounds, pods, and beans to get?
I'm having a hard time deciding on one, I don't want to choose my favorite and be selfish and inconsiderate of other people's tastes but I also don't wanna get coffee Noone will drink. I've asked around and everyone doesn't understand the difference between coffee grounds they just say "Get whatever I'm sure it'll be good"
So if anyone would please help me on deciding a coffee ground I'd be forever grateful. Thank you (sorry the thread is so long as well)
