I live in Chicagoland, and would be happy to assist you, if you need a strong back. I am a complete novice to the industry, so I wouldn't be of much use in interfacing with the public. I've worked many of the world's largest musical instrument conventions/trade shows, though, so I do know that aspect of things.

I'd be happy to do this as a volunteer, purely to be able to learn a bit about the industry. I think it's a foregone conclusion that this will be my next business venture.

The only Coffee Con I'm seeing in Chicagoland is the consumer Coffee Con in Warrenville (a very nearby suburb) on May 4th.
