Ambex ym-2

Hey, so I recently got an ambex ym-2 second hand. For the life of me I cannot get all the burners to light. 1 will light in the middle, but the other 3 will not. I'm thinking I don't have enough gas coming in, or the burner orifice is clogged somehow. Any help or recommendations are welcomed. I have never roasted on an ambex and I'm slowly figuring stuff out.

I would say its clogged... take a wire brush and try cleaning your burner.

Yup that's what I'm going to try tomorrow.

Griffith, any update on this? I had a very similar problem with a 2nd hand Ambex-2 recently and just removed the ports, soaked them in a caustic solution, scrubbed, rinsed and blew them clean with compressed air. They lit right up when reinstalled.
