I though you all might enjoy this. I have mostly finished part 1 of my Ambex YM-15 upgrade. Part 1 covers the burner and roast control, step 2 will be adding modular air flow. I need to take a better picture of the front now. Paul Ribich at Roaster Dynamics has been advising me along the way.
