Hello all
I'm in the process of opening a drive-thru. I have been lucky enough to find most of the larger (and some of the smaller) items that I need; espresso machine, grinders, building, etc.
What I need now is a list.
A list of all supplies needed. I would hate to open and then realize I forgot to buy shot glasses or spoons. :oops: lol
I am also interested in your opinions on the amounts and flavors of syrups that I should include in my first order. I don't want to over extend myself by purchasing flavors or amounts that I won't use in the first few months of operation. I'm sure you can understand that storage is the issue here as well.

BTW: I'm opening in a small town, estimating sales at about 75 - 100 cups/day.
 
A Little Help

You should have at least two-3 bottles of Vanilla, Hazelnut, Almond, Coconut, Caramel. These are most requested. Then have one of Raspberry, Creme de minthe, chocolate,
In the summer when you start with blended drinks and smoothies, then you will want to add other flavors.
