This American-made, 3 kilo US Roaster Corp roaster is primed and ready to get back to work! Fully automated with USR software, select your profile, open the green bean drop, and let the roaster work! This is a great machine for a start-up or sizing up from a 1 kilo roaster and is perfect for 1lb batches of individualized signature roasts. Set up for natural gas, but can be converted to propane. Decommissioned and maintained since Feb 2022. We simply decided to go another direction in expanding our roasting, leaving this machine without a good home.
