Hello. If you don't mind manual on/off switches for heating elements my 2 lb. javaPRO-CRC is very good. If you like more control I also have a 2 lb.javaPRO-CRC with PID temp control function. Both are located at javaPRO-CRC Ronco Based Series ? CRC | CoffeeRoastersClub.com

Hello again. If you are interested I have a new setup and usage video on the javaPRO-CRC ULTRA series. The one shown in the video is my largest 10 lb. capacity version with PID function, however the setup is generally the same for all the capacities.
