I've seen the coffeetec website. It looks as if the flavor mixer is just a cement mixer. Can a new cement mixer be used instead? Seems much cheaper. And what I need is too flavor batches much smaller than what their smallest machine(75 lb capacity)will hold. Seems excessive. If not a much less...
