    What is the best water to use for espresso?

    Long time on the M/B......... I'm a lurker, but getting back into Espresso/Cappuccino...(decaffeinated) I've been wondering, what is the best water to use for espresso? Filtered tap water, bottled water distilled water ph index Is less TDS water (total dissolved solids) better? (%)?

    Advice Please: Looking for an Espresso/Cappuccino machine in the $200 range

    I've sold the Pasquini...takes up too much space for what we need, so There are so many machines in this price range that you can get "eye roll" just reading all the specs. Can someone, who has a real feel for these give me a suggestion...we are not "heavy" users..ie...6-10 cups a week?

    Pod type machines

    I''m looking for a \"pod\" type machine, What does the group think about these, I have a PASQUINI Livia 90 at home but need a machine that works from pods for my shop...cant really deal with grinding, tamping etc Thanks
