Long time on the M/B......... I'm a lurker, but getting back into Espresso/Cappuccino...(decaffeinated)
I've been wondering, what is the best water to use for espresso?
Filtered tap water, bottled water distilled water ph index
Is less TDS water (total dissolved solids) better? (%)?
I've sold the Pasquini...takes up too much space for what we need, so
There are so many machines in this price range that you can get "eye roll" just reading all the specs.
Can someone, who has a real feel for these give me a suggestion...we are not "heavy" users..ie...6-10 cups a week?
