I read in the instruction book that if you press and hold the shot button until the pre infusion is done. Then release the button the button should flash then push the button again to end the brew cycle once you have the amount of coffee you want

I recently bought a Breville barista pro and didn’t have any fresh beans. So I tried to dial in a bag of Costco beans. I’m sure they are not the best but it’s what I had . Followed a you tube video and the settings were pretty close to the ones the video recommended and the machine barely was...

I just got the same machine and followed some you tube videos to learn from and things didn’t work so well. But the beans I had were from Costco so they were not the freshest I’m sure.
