    Coffee pour over with giant hole?

    I got a ceramic coffee pour over. It has giant hole but when I put the filter in it just rips and all the grounds fall into the mug. Any solution for this? It happened 3 times in a row. I finally used 2 filters but now it doesn’t taste as good.
