I recently moved dry parchment coffee (10-12% MC) from raised drying beds (outside humidity: 70%; outside temperature: 35-40Celsius) to a room with controlled temperature and a dehumidifier (room temperature ranged between 20-24Celsius and RH was between 30-40%)

I am repairing a very old roaster that was last used in the 1980s. It was converted from electric to gas and can roast 3.5kg/batch.
Advice received elsewhere: "add new bearings, ensure all motors turn, and know that the drum needs hot air from some where and the burners need to have air pulled...

My Otto Swaldo roaster needs ceramic burners. I have attached images of my roaster without burners and the ceramic burners in a similar sized Diedrich roaster (both about 3kg):
