Can anybody who roasts professional please private message me. I am looking into roasting beans and need some tips and what all is needed to do it as a profession.
This is a dumb question but what is the proper steps to go from raw coffee beans to drinking the coffee.
I am new to this side of coffee but I have seen a ton of products and was wondering what the correct steps are and what tools/devices you need.
Has anyone looked at / owned one of these machines yet?
If so thoughts?

I have been doing some research and just want a clear answer. Is there a difference between Espresso beans and coffee beans.
From what I have read there isnt a difference and the only difference is how they are brewed.
Is that a true statement?
Hello everyone!
I was wondering what is a good all around coffee grinder.
Anything from espresso grinding to french press grinding. Is there a generic "hits all points" grinder out there?
Thank You!
I appreciate the info. I looked into them and yes you are right they are pretty pricey.
I look forward to getting into measuring and getting a better cup of coffee, or a more consistent cup.
Thank you everyone.
That is some great info. I appreciate it.
I think that is where I head to next is going more to an exact measurement, in order to get a better cup of coffee.
I was thinking roasting was the next step as well. I would like to combine them and just brew my own roasted coffee...
Hello Everyone.
My name is Adam.
I have just recently gotten into coffee at a more advanced level than the standard person.
Just to list some of the ways I brew, I brew with a french press and cold brew, and cant forget the normal old school coffee pot.
I know, not very crazy. I just want to...
