Pros and cons on putting our roaster on casters... It would make moving it easier for cleaning. Wondering it would allow for to much wobble. Thank you!

Does anyone know if when running roaster exhaust pipe out a wall would I need to use special insulation in the wall to protect from heat? How hot does the pipe actually get? It's double walled insulated pipe I'm using. Thx!!

It's always a bummer when your taking things apart to clean and bolts strip out or break! I now get to drill out three bolts....grrrr!

Ordered a second gauge for air temp, just a analog one. Also adding some fun stuff... Although it's not done.
