I'm opening a pop-up coffee bar in an existing space which has ikea butchers block counters. I am worried that if coffee spills on it that it will stain. Has anybody run into this issue and/or does any body know of a seal that won't effect the look (aka make it shiny).

Hey guys, just trying to find a good way to graph roast profiles on the computer. Tried using Mac's "Pages" and the charts, but it's pretty tedious and doesn't produce great results. Having a hard time marking events like first crack or "drying" as well.
