hey! first time posting! i think i came up with a great base that we are going to start using at our cafe. here it is: 8c brewed espresso roast or dark roast 1 1/2 c neutral slush base (the kind you would use for snow cones) 2c heavy whipping cream 6 espresso shots 1/2 tsp xanthan gum or similar
