I have some questions on coffee grinders I was having trouble with reading specs of grinders there's some terms that I have know idea what are they Such as tungsten carbide, phase (as in single phase or three phase. Haven't seen double or two phase yet but let me know if there is such a thing)...

Well i am inexperienced so i thought i should start with smaller one. So eldub u think i should start with a bigger roaster? Instead of getting 3-5 kg go with over 10kilo ones? I heard is it not that easy to do small batches as 1lb with larger roaster more possibility to over roast.

I mean getting two roasters one either 3 or 5kg and one around 100g of capacity sample roaster lol
