    Loose leaf tea questions

    I was reading another thread and saw that several of you only sell loose leaf. The idea appeals to me. Can you tell me how you display it, do you brew it in a press or a tea ball, how you handle to go, and do you sell it in bulk, and anything else you think I should know? Thanks! Tony

    Frozen dough pastries?

    Hello. I have purchased an existing coffee shop and take over 8/31. Currently there is no food sold there and I am going to add typical coffee shop fare, pastries, cookies. paninis, etc. Does anyone have any recommendations as to frozen dough suppliers? I would appreciate any info. Thank you! Tony
