I have two questions about choosing a coffee
What is the best proportion of Robusta and Arabica? ,
or what you prefer to make cappuccino and latte ?
There are many companies ( I found these brands):
Illy, Cagliari, Oro, Manuel .... etc
What company you recommend, and why?
There are some company produce mixes of some type of coffee and frappes as
Big Train Company.
This meaning when we want made iced mocha, we don't need to make shot of espresso and additional cocoa powder, only blend mix with milk and iced.
Also there are mixes to drinks don't contain coffee...
I want to buy commercial espresso machine to my shop, and I have three options:
Bezzera, Modal no: Ellisse 2011 PM
Nuova simonelli, Modal no: appia
La pavoni, Modal no: BAR T 3M
Note: all machines are semi automatic and 3 groups
Can you help me in choosing the best type and tell me why?
