OK - sounds simple BUT - do you order your own CUPS, LIDS, NAPKINS (paper supplies etc.) or does your Roaster also provide/supply these?
Any suggestions re: suppliers e.g., Insulair, Dixie - others?

I have a vision for my coffee house that I'd like to test:
I'm going to open a coffee house - in a suburban community - in the middle of a development - literally surrounded by schools, parks and houses, houses, houses (not a lot of retail around because it's a newer area).

OK - Really would appreciate thoughts / feedback on use of BIG suppliers e.g., Imperial coffee; Van Houte etc. VS. smaller suppliers e.g., Equator or local roaster.

Ok - Am I crazy...do I need an accountant? I just spoke with one who scared the begeezies out of me... I've never put together a balance sheet or cash flows but can use excel and do have an estimate of costs e.g., lease info; salary; vendor estimates; est. of bank loan payment etc.
