I tried this amazing coffee cheese cake a while back at a party I went to. I haven't been able to find out where it came from and I've been trying to make my own but have failed miserably a couple of times. Anyone got any tried and true recipes?
I've always heard that arabica are better quality and have a lower caffeine content but I actually like the bitterness of robusta. Is it just me? Maybe its the tolerance to caffeine that I've built up over the years that has me craving something stronger...
