Hi, With my La Pavoni Europiccola (pressure gauge retrofitted), made 2010, I am able to create a good drinkable espresso with the single filter ... but I have to put a LOT of force on the lever (I put my shoulder on it to push it down)... Additonally it is real difficult to press 7g espresso...
