When opening your shop, how much has location contributed to your success/struggles?

The place I'm trying to open will offer beer/wine as well as espresso drinks. I expect the shop to be very coffee-centric in the morning and more beer/wine-centric in the evening. I'm curious if anyone else here does that?

I've searched arounf a little bit without luck.... is there a gallery of photos of coffee shops and bars? I'm curious about the presentation of the place, curb appeal and interior. Any ideas of where to look for that?
