I guess I did not state what I meant, sorry. The prices include start to finish. Helping pick a second location, letter of proposal, basiaccly getting started in the business etc.

I have not personally met David, but I know Brian, he runs the Vivace Cart location a couple blocks down from the Denny location. I'm thinking about up classes David has to offer.

What's a reasonable price to pay a company to help you get started in this business? I have been in business for years, but wanting to open another stand. I just need an estimated price. I am not looking to open for awhile. I've spoke with a few and here are prices they gave me: $4000-$8000...

No, It was Espresso Vivace located in Seattle. They have great drinks.

Pricing, Unrealistic.. I would recommened doing research on pricing. I highly doubt that $4k will be enough. That price is unrealistic even for a coffee cart. Read, Read, Read. Have money ready, but interview consultants before you pluck down money.

Alex I spoke with Alex sometime ago. He was nice, but seemed annoyed and very short. He told me to get a location and he would set me up with a company that could help with my cart. But my question is why would I find a site first w/out knowing if I'm taking a financial slump and need help...
