without the portafilter in the grouphead if you hit the brew switch should there be one or two streams of water or should the streams of water be coming down from all around the grouphead
because sometimes mine is all around the grouphead and sometimes only one or two steams and my shots usually...

I'm using a briel cadiz and i just can't seem to find a good grind setting
what should the espresso look and feel like when i have a good grind?
if i make a cup of fresh roasted coffee will it taste really good or will it taste better if i wait 4 hours or how much longer
and i haven't got a good roaster yet cus of money so i got a cheap hot air popper and it runs until the beans start cracking for the first time will it hurt the beans...
