My fav as well. We have gone through a few Yama Vacuum Brewers for the stove top. They tend to break easy. But last a year or so, usually by my fault. But they produce a super clean, bright, hot cup.

Yea, their 15k roaster is $80K. But the financing is only $1,100 a month for 7 years:)
The green low emissions is a nice feature, with lower fuel costs, they push that aspect pretty hard.
