That grinder is fine...
If you are only drinking espresso for the caffeine maybe consider drip or French press as the caffeine content is actually higher...
The way to get caffeine out of coffee beans is soaking them with water ( Swiss method for removing caffeine in decaf ) so a simplistic way...
A blade grinder is like a blade mower it doesn't actually cut it pulverizes
(A reel mover would be closer to a burr grinder in that it actually cuts/shears grass)
The thing is the rpm's are also an issue the heat and static that comes with the nearly 18,000 rpm's (my burr grinder is 600rpm)...

Umm...
If you can't tell the difference then of course don't spend any more money on an expensive machine but honestly of course there's a difference, you get what you pay for.
Of course that being said a grinder is even more important
