Hello, I am still working on the budget for the coffee shop, and I'd like to have an idea of how much should I spend in build out, equipment and fixtures, for an area of 1,500 sq/ft, with a menu that includes besides the coffee drinks, smoothies, gelato, panini, and baked goods. M.S.

Don't worry That's OK. I did not take that space anyway. I does not allow us to do what we have planned, too narrow. M.S.
