Does anyone know whether there is much difference betwee a Bialetti stovetop espresso maker and a Gaggia Carezza (in terms of quality and taste)? I've read that they are compatible...and that even the machines (generally)don't always make a consistent crema (or is this b/c one hasn't learned how...
Can anyone give an opinion about this espresso machine? For the price range, is it a good quality machine?
I realize it cannot compete with some other machines, but those may be out of my price range.
