How do you guys make vanilla syrup in your store? We started with vanilla beans whole but that was such a pain, now moved on to vanilla extract but don't like the alcohol taste. Just looking for what might work for other folks.
Looking for any insight into what to look for/reviews of grinders for small-medium size cafe. We are currently espresso only and are moving into drip. In addition, will use the grinder for cold brew. I am having trouble understanding difference between what seems to be grinders for "retail"...
Does anyone have any experience with and insight on using pourover commercial drip brewers? I've only been able to find one Bunn and one Curtis such product and few reviews. I have a small coffee trailer and we are expanding to drip coffee from just our current espresso machine.

Owner of a small coffee shop. We make a few simple syrups homemade but it is getting harder to keep up with demand. We have to make them off site and haul them. Does anyone have any ideas or experience with ways to make them onsite without a heat source? Cold brewing them or something like...
