I've experimented with a few pourovers. Currently using a chemex for morning brew and a DeLonghi for shots of espresso. I've been also trying different beans off of Amazon and trying to learn more with each purchase. I'd say my enjoyment of coffee has shifted from being a consumer to a hobbies...
